This is a spiritual study & practice group based in the Greater Boston area focused on theme of Druidry and Celtic mysticism in combination with modern approaches to green spirituality, philosophy, and living. Druidry is a nature spirituality which unites a love of the earth with a love of justice/truth and creativity in all its forms. We welcome seekers from a variety of orientations including polytheism, pantheism, animism, monism, non-dualism, and non-theistic and naturalistic paths. We will investigate how ancient Druidy and Celtic spirituality can be relevant today and how we can apply it in our own lives.
Group events will include socials, pot-lucks, monthly discussion/study meetings, and ritual celebrations of the sacred high holy days of the Celtic calendar drawing from a variety of approaches to the idea of worship.
No previous experience required to join. However, members should be willing and able to meet in outdoor settings under different seasonal and weather conditions, because "Druids do it in the woods." This is a four-legged and child-friendly group, although some locations restrict pets. We will always try to accommodate disabilities but cannot guarantee the accessibility of chosen sites.
This group is not associated with any Druid Orders, but may utilize approaches from several.
