Details

This is a fast-paced 2-hour, 6-mile walk along the History Trail in Watchung Reservation. We will be walking at a 3 mph pace, or 20-21 minutes per mile. Elevation gain is 400 feet. Breaks are few and far between. There is no lunch break. It's a workout.
