Social workout @ Sporthal de Houtzagerij

Join us for a social workout on Saturday morning!

**When:** **Saturday morning 11 October 10:00 - 11:00**. We start ON TIME! Try to be there 5min in advance. We need to leave the court at 11:00 for the next group!
**Where:** **Sporthal de Houtzagerij**, Hobbemastraat 93, Den Haag (look for the pin on the map!)
**What to bring:** (Gym)bag with **water bottle** + towel. And bring some snacks if you want :)
**Cost: \~3 euro.** We split the cost of renting the sports hall with the attendees. It will be roughly 3 euro, depending on how many people join. We ask people to pay via online payment or 'Tikkie'.

🏃‍♀️ What to expect? 🏃‍♂️

Imagine a casual fitness crew where all levels of fitness are welcomed. We're not a personal trainer-led group. Instead, we're all about enjoying workouts together in a relaxed and social atmosphere. Whether you're a fitness newbie or an experienced gymrat, you'll find a welcoming community here. All exercises will be challenging but also adaptable to your personal fitness level. We'll split the session in several blocks with some breaks in between to catch our breath and drink some water.
