### 🎨 Healthy Sensitive CreativiTime

**A Weekly Body-Doubling Studio for Creativity**
Do you ever *want* to write, paint, doodle, sing, or just make something — but find yourself doing laundry instead? You’re not alone. For highly sensitive people, creative energy is precious, and it often gets swallowed up by work, responsibilities, or just plain exhaustion.
That’s why we’re carving out **one sacred hour at noon each week**: CreativiTime. Think of it as creative body doubling — you bring whatever project (or curiosity) you’ve been meaning to nurture, and together we simply… do it. No pressure, no performance, just showing up side by side.
This series is a companion to Julia Cameron’s *The Artist’s Way*, but you don’t need to be working through the book to join. Whether you’re drafting a novel, sketching in a notebook, collaging, journaling, or just experimenting, this is your protected hour to actually give it a try.
📅 **When:** Wednesdays @ 12 PM PT (1 hour)
📍 **Where:** Online (Zoom link provided after RSVP)
💡 **Who’s it for?** Highly sensitive humans, deep thinkers, gentle creatives, and anyone who thrives with a little structure and companionship in their creative practice.
Because sometimes the hardest part of creating is just making the space for it. This group does that — together.
