Emigrant Wilderness (or any other place) 5/26-5/28

I was thinking of taking a very easy trip to Emigrant Wilderness. Probably just Crabtree to Bear Lake. I need dog friendly, campfire, and fishing. Was thinking of joining the Hoover Wilderness hike, but there's no campfire allowed. Anybody got any suggestions?

I have a car and can take 2 more comfortably. 3 would require some careful packing...

I've also been trying to find or plan dog-friendly camping, and the campfire and fishing are great bonuses!

My dog, Lucky, and I go hiking all of the time, but this would be his first backpacking trip. I was reading yesterday about Emmigrant Wildrness:

Caples Lake to Emmigrant Lake looks great, not sure about the fishing part. Let me know what you think. Crabtree looks great, too!

I live in SF and could leave early Saturday, need to be back Monday evening.

caples lake to emigrant lake is on highway 88 and that might be one you might want to call on, with part of the trail being on the north facing side and higher elevation, the snow might not have cleared yet.

I haven't done this trip, but about 10 miles round trip, dogs are allowed, i forgot to ask about fires...the road to the trailhead takes about 45 minutes but the area is pretty, has sort of a yosemite feel because of granite rock faces.
