We will activate the Earth element using breath, sound, and touch to calm and ground our bellies and nervous systems as we prepare for the Winter season.

Soma Sangha is a gathering in which we deepen our embodiment, balance our energies, and strengthen our connection to the natural world.

WHERE: Hanai Foundation

WHAT: A facilitated self-care practice for somatic awareness and well-being. This is an event sponsored by Hanai as part of their Open House.

BRING: A meditation cushion or something comfortable for sitting on the floor. A light blanket might be nice to have. Yoga mats will be available.

WEAR: Loose and comfortable clothing. No tight and binding waistbands. You will need access to your belly (I'm looking at you, onesies).
