This Raw Workshop is all about how to fuel your body with healthy fats and plant based protein, creating healthy workout snacks using raw whole food ingredients. All recipes are free from wheat, dairy, and refined sugars.
On the menu:
- Pre-Workout Smoothie (Green Machine Smoothie)
- Energy Bars
- Protein Balls
- Post-Workout Smoothie (Frank the Tank Smoothie)
Generous servings of each snack will be provided, as well as copies of the recipes to take home so you can re-create them yourself.
Raw Food Theory will also be covered, with simple tips on how to implement holistic strategies into your lifestyle.
