One in two Australians have more than their recommended sugar intake, according to new Australian Bureau of Statistics. Addiction to sugar is one of the leading causes behind Australia’s obesity epidemic - we are currently ranked as the fifth fattest nation in the world.

To change our country's current health crisis, we need to significantly reduce our intake of free sugars. And there are ways you can do this, without giving up on desserts completely.

This workshop is about learning how to create delicious, healthy desserts that are rich, satisfying and packed full of raw nutrition. All food is free from dairy, wheat, refined sugar and all artificial additives. And taste so good, no one would even know they are actually good for you ;)
