Welcome to the Rogers AR InvestHER Chapter! This group has been created to help women real estate investors local to Rogers AR meet, connect, and learn together and from one another!
MEET THE INVESTHER LEADERS
Katelyn Ball is a Northwest Arkansas native with a background in insurance. I came to real estate investing in 2019 by converting our primary residence into a long term rental. That property is now a short term rental, and we have two additional single family properties. One of those has been a live in BRRRR to become another short term rental this summer, and the other is a long term rental BRRRR located in Tulsa, OK. My goal is to scale to 20 doors in the next 5 years. I am married with a two year old son and two pups. I love to travel and push myself to try new things - lately this has involved learning to ride our beautiful mountain biking trails here in NWA!
