Welcome to the St. Louis InvestHER Chapter. This group has been created to help women real estate investors local to St. Louis meet, connect, and learn together. We meet the 2nd Wednesday of each month at the Pat Connolly Tavern (upstairs room) in Dogtown. No pitches or hidden agenda, just learning and networking and talking all about real estate investing.

MEET THE INVESTHER LEADERS
Megan Greathouse is an entrepreneur and real estate investor in St. Louis. After spending four years as an active-duty Marine, she used her GI Bill to get her MBA and transitioned into marketing for a large consumer goods company. Megan left the corporate world in 2019 to focus on her young family and her growing real estate portfolio. In 2020, she and her husband started Horizon Sign Company, which they now run together. Besides business building, Megan loves travel, fitness, and spending time outdoors with her family.
Mindy Heitman is a real estate investor, private lender and tech nerd in St. Louis. Mindy left the corporate world in 2017 and now runs her IT business Mel Technology Group and invests in real estate. In her spare time she loves cake decorating and hanging out with family.
