We all know the biggest paydays come from selling a nicely rehabbed house.
Fix and flip is the favored strategy of many investors. Now I may not be as good at it as Than Merril and Paul Esajian, but I have done a few dozen and have a basic checklist that works for me.
So come on out and join the discussion if you want to learn more about it.
