Scott Carson has been in the mortgage, finance, and banking industry since 2001 and an active real estate investor since 2002.  He has been actively buying bank notes on residential and commercial properties since 2005.  He is the former senior investment coach for a nationally renowned real estate coach, along with being a nationwide speaker and educator himself on notes, creative real estate, and raising private capital.  Scott graduated in 2001 from Texas State University at San Marcos (formerly Southwest Texas State University) with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
