Weekly Community Workshop (3): Simplified Living & Wellbeing
Details
Join Liz and Crystal for a series of Declutter for Wellbeing community workshops, held weekly at Christchurch Libraries.
These workshops provide a structured introduction to simplified living, along with practical guidance to help beginners easily embrace simplicity and experience sustainable wellbeing.
Across this introductory series, you’ll learn that living simply is not about having less, but about creating space for clarity on what truly matters. You’ll also deepen your understanding of how simplified living can renew your energy, restore focus, sharpen clarity, and bring harmony to both your inner and outer life.
Through shared reflection and mindful practices, you’ll begin to see how cultivating simplicity in your space and your thoughts can lead to lasting wellbeing and a deeper sense of fulfillment.
