Let us start February off with some wonderful yoga stretches and partner poses that are fun and easy along the coast of Terranea!
In this class we will do a 15 min. warmup of yoga poses then walk along the Terranea trail to do more yoga along the path then come back for a restorative piece and meditation. In our meditation we will have a special chocolate mindfulness meditation! After for those who want to we can go to Seabeans for a Pre-Valentine treat.
