What if a retreat could be more than rest — what if it could be a complete reawakening of your body, mind, and spirit?

Each day begins with yoga and breathwork, followed by outings you can only experience in this remarkable corner of the world — like having hummingbirds eat out of your hands or learning how to make chocolate from bean to bar. Evenings close with reflection, community, and teachings that help you integrate the day.

This free one-hour online information session will introduce you to the Chrysalis Journey retreat. Your hosts, Alison Braun and Jacqueline Richards, will share:

• The daily rhythm of yoga, excursions, and sacred teachings
• How Ecuador’s landscapes create space for release, clarity, and renewal
• What to expect from the group experience, accommodations, and meals
• Who this retreat is designed for, and why it may be exactly what you’ve been seeking

You’ll also have a chance to meet the facilitators, hear their vision, and ask your questions.
