Hello Everyone, This is an urgent request to take action. This Saturday, Pottawatamie County and Homeland Security are conducting an exercise with the Treynor, IA Community Schools and will simulate a school shooting. The premise of the mock shooting has been changed to suggest that a student, whose parents oppose illegal immigration comes to school with a gun and shoots a Latino Student.

This was sent to Joan and Michael Becker, whose child was sent home with a slip to participate.

Please read this entire email and the PDF file linked above. There has NEVER been an incident such as the one they are manufacturing here in the State of Iowa or any other for that matter. This is highly politically motivated, racially inflammatory, and completely egregious.

What message does this send to those students and families in that school district? It very powerfully suggests that any student with parents that have a certain viewpoint are racist and dangerous. It is completely politically motivated unbelievable egregious and has no place in any school.

I would love to organize a protest rally for that day but will be in Des Moines for the CPAC conference. I am urging everyone to at least email and call the organizer of this exercise, the superintendent, and the school principle to let them know how unacceptable this is on so many levels.

To all,

I am praying that this forward actually goes through to everyone. It is really
important.
Attached is the planned mock school shooting exercise scheduled for Saturday,
March 26, 2011, at Treynor Community Schools. The premise is that a white teen
boy, whose family is involved in anti-illegal immigration rallies and favor
guns, goes to school and shoots a Hispanic in a rural school. This premise is
politically motivated, as it is the view of the Democrats in power that white
American citizens who believe in all of their Constitutional rights are
extremists and terrorists. It is an act of silencing my family, and it is an
act of intimidation of all American citizens who believe in our rule of law.

Details: my teen daughter had signed up to participate in the mock school
shooting with the approval of my husband, who is in law enforcement. He thought
it would be good for her to know what would happen in the event of a school
shooting. Today, he received the attached e-mail and attachment outlining the
details of the exercise. Upon calling Mr. Reeds, the EMS coordinator in charge,
my husband used facts as the basis for requesting that the scenario be changed.
My husband was told that my daughter was no longer able to participate in the
exercise and that they were not welcome to be one site on Saturday!

As I said, this is government intimidation, it is framing white people as
gun-crazy racists, and Constitutionalists as extremists.

I have forwarded this information to U.S. Representative Steve King, who has
fought against illegal immigration and values our Constitution. I am contacting
all of you to let you know of this travesty, so you can spread the word. I am
also going to contact Greg Forristal, my Iowa Representative. I do not know
what else to do other than notify the local newspapers of this event. I would
love to contact the Drudge Report, Glenn Beck, and Fox News, but my e-mail
format is not consistent with theirs.

what you can do to help spread the word,
what else I or we can do, locally and nationally in bringing attention to this
attack of American citizens and our liberties.

Good morning. Attached you will find the most current version of the Exercise
Plan for this Saturday.

Please forward it or have it available to any of your staff you feel should see it, either in part or the entire document. Particularly note: the plan contains the weapons policy, the staff
assignments and the current schedule.

If you have been assigned a staff role your name is on the staff list with what your assignment and location is.
If you have a question about your assignment that needs addressed before Saturday, please email me. I will be in and out making final arrangements for this weekend and email will be the best method of contact.

MAJOR REPORTING TIMES:
All Staff report to the Treynor Fire Station no later than 0700 hrs.
All Actors & Players report no later than 0730 hrs. (actors-Treynor Community

Why does this exercise even need a scenario? If there is a kid with a gun in school, the biggest issue is the fact that there is a kid with a gun in the school! Frankly, I don't need to know his motivation until after he has been disarmed.

Unbelievable scum-suckers. The open-borders Progressives will stop at nothing to indoctrinate the children, and to try to discredit pro-enforcement advocates with the usual trite and not true Race Card BS. Since the Race Card isn't working so well anymore by itself, they now are adding "violent" to it. They are truly shameless.

New Premise: A student, whose parents support illegal immigration, comes to school with a gun and shoots all non-Latino students.

Homeland Security blames the Tea Party. Media blames Sarah Palin. Obama gives a "Guns Are Bad" speech.

I suggest that when you call or email, let them know this anti-White, racist issue is gandering attention hundreds of miles away so it will effect county businesses as well as Treynor businesses, including real estate because nobody will want their children going to a school that promotes such racism. So if local and nearby banks, restaurants, hotels and retail stores are effected, they will know why.

Anyone who belives in secure borders is being portrayed as a nut who is about to go crazy at any minute. I say we protest at the school Saturday morning. make only positive signs though.
Something like: "I love LEGAL immigration" or "Secure borders protect you and me"

I would love to see a rally there, but I would not like to see it become an immigration issue alone, although that has a part in this. The real issue is that the DHS is considering law abiding Americans that defend our constitutional protections to bear arms and those that oppose illegal immigration as terrorists.

This story has really spread. Stand With Arizona has posted the story on facebook over the last 24 hours. I read that the simulation has been cancelled due to public outcry.

I've heard that this exercise was CANCELED. Our people got this out to the internet and Fox News. Bravo!

Yes, it was canceled, but the reasons being given for the cancelation are not what we hoped. The reason given is that threats were received that if they went ahead with this program that it would happen for real. We do NOT need any more accusations of this group or any Tea Party being behind these threats and I do not believe that they were, but someone may have written an e-mail to these people that makes them think that conservatives are behind the threats. This notion needs to be disabused as soon as possible.
