With chemical engineering, MBA and law degrees,Mr. Ken Horton provides a multi-disciplinary approach to intellectual property services for his clients. Horton’s practice includes domestic and foreign patent prosecution,patent opinions, intellectual property litigation, domestic and foreign trademark prosecution, trademark opinions,copyrights, trade secrets, intellectual property evaluations and due diligence, as well as technology and intellectual property agreements. Mr. Horton has extensive experience in pharmaceutical and semiconductor technologies, is an Associate Professor in the MBA Technology Management Program at Westminster College, and is a frequent speaker on the topic of intellectual property law and strategy for annual conferences.
