We are a group of ambitious and motivated everyday athletes who are looking for the best tools, tips and tactics for getting the best out of bodies in sports and in health. We look at the best approaches in nutrition, training, body work and injury correction to get the best out of our body both for optimising performance in sports and also achieving optimal health. It is one thing to finish that marathon, ironman or spartan quickly, its entirely another thing to do it injury free without damaging your body long term. Bulletproofed Bodies is all about enjoying your exercise in a way the builds and sustains the most important thing of all - your health. The best part is that when you are healthy you get the best out of your body in sports!
