8 Dimensions of Self Care w/Jillian
In these groups we will discuss self-care pertaining to 8 different areas of life. Practicing self-care helps produce positive feelings and can help improve our self-esteem and self-confidence, which trickles down into other areas of our lives. The 8 dimensions include emotional, environmental, physical, social, intellectual, spiritual, occupational and abundance. Self-care is a necessity for our well-being.
