➤ Advanced and Beginner Acting Training Workshops for Kids and Adults

Veleka G.

This Saturday, August 23rd, Dr. Rebecca Hale and Producer Veleka Gray are team-teaching three levels of workshops for ages seven to seniors in Metairie.

This is an exceptional opportunity for any actor to be trained by both an agent and a producer.

• Noon - BEGINNER LEVEL for children ages 6 to 13 with little to no acting experience.  Learn acting basics plus how to audition; rehearse with real scripts for commercials and/or films.

• 2 p.m. - INTERMEDIATE LEVEL for kids and teens with some experience or who have attended at least one "Acting for the Camera" Workshop before.  Workshop focus is on intermediate auditioning technique, acting for the camera, and set etiquette.

• 5 p.m. - ADVANCED TRAINING for experienced actors only, ages 13 and up.  The deposit must be received at least two weeks in advance to receive a script to memorize for this workshop.

"If you haven't studied with Veleka or Becky yet, jump on this chance. If you have studied with them, you already know what a bargain this is."
~ Tony Fennelly, SAG-AFTRA professional actress
