Strength School Kettlebell Training

Are you ready for summer? Training for an obstacle course race? Want to get lean and feel strong? Be able to do all of the challenging activities Colorado has to offer? ProjectMOVE Kettlebells is the right place for you. Kettlebells have been proven to safely maximize strength, improve heart rate recovery, increase flexibility and rapidly reduce body fat percentage.

Tuesday and Thursday morning kettlebell training is part of my Strength School program, designed from the principles of my StrongFirst Kettlebell instructor certification and proven to get results. 

• Our goal will be to see 5% improvement in strength every 6-8 weeks, increased endurance and flexibility, as well as a 2% reduction in body fat percentage. Your commitment will be to attend kettlebell practice a minimum of twice a week, but preferably three times. You will also be asked to track your food using a food tracking app like My Fitness Pal or Lose It. You will receive hands on, personalize coaching, weekly nutrition advice and a commitment from me to do my absolute best.

Class schedule:
Monday and Wednesday 6:30pm
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 9am
Tuesday and Thursday 4:30pm

Wednesday Skills Practice 5:30pm
