Journaling explores your reflections, thoughts, and feelings surrounding the events of your life. Let’s make journaling a daily or regular part of our lives like meditation. In this class, we’ll explore using three methods of journaling to connect with Spirit and inspire you. We will do short exercises to practice writing using each method. After our class, challenge yourself to journal for 21 days and see how much you grow when you are guided by Spirit and allow yourself to develop this very transformative habit.
