Chill and Meditate


Join us every Tuesday and Thursday for 20 minute seated meditations at 7pm. After meditations, each person will have the opportunity to share about their practice if they wish.

Feel free to show up around 6:30 to hang out and enjoy some tea. Food is also sometimes provided (v/gf).


Q. I've never meditated before. Can I still participate?
A. Absolutely! Show up some time before 7pm if you have questions and someone will be happy to help.

Q. What do I need to bring?
A. Nothing. We have plenty of meditation cushions for everyone to use.

Q. How much does it cost to join?
A. Zero dollars and zero cents. Donations gratefully accepted but not expected.
