“If we connect with the stillness within, we move beyond our active minds & emotions and discover great depths of lasting peace, contentment & serenity”
“Wisdom comes with the ability to be still. Just look and just listen. No more is needed. Being still, looking, and listening activates the non-conceptual intelligence within you. Let stillness direct your words and actions.”
John has been teaching in primary, secondary, third level and facilitating groups for the last twenty three years.
This talk will include powerful, effective practices for inner peace, for dealing with everyday challenges and change with guided meditations and group discussions.

WHAT IS MINDFULNESS BASED INTER-SPIRITUAL TRAINING.
MB inter-ST training aims primarily at helping participants understand what mindfulness, meditation, and contemplation can do for you in practice terms.
How they are similar, different and how they support each other, and how they can be used with everyday challenges to enhance, promote and support a more conscious lifestyle.
It is an opportunity to understand mindfulness, meditation, and contemplation as practices that can be done in a variety of contexts; secular, spiritual and religious for either personal or professional development.
Using a psychological lens it helps participants examine each practice to understand the ingredients that go into that practice and look at what impact if any the practice has on the development of a person in relationship to themselves, society and in relationship to the Oneness of everything.
