An evening meditation is an excellent way to end your day. New to meditation? No problem. Your questions will be answered by seasoned meditators. Not new to meditation? Sweet! Let’s meditate 🧘♀️🧘♂️
We will be discussing goals before our group meditation. Our intentions will be set according to our goals for the rest of the week.
Bring the following items to ensure a comfortable experience during the meditation:
- A cushion, mat, and/or picnic blanket for the floor
