New Meetup: Oh No!! Not Another Gig In San Francisco!!

Announcing a new Meetup for South Bay Vegetarian Dining Out Group!

What: Oh No!! Not Another Gig In San Francisco!!

When: June 20,[masked]:00 PM

Where: Click the link below to find out!

Meetup Description: I've been eating here for years and have always
found the food to be very fresh and delish! They
have Hookah's (the term comes from India) or
as they are called in Arabic, Shisha's to try and
belly dancing with Middle Eastern tunes spun
later on.

Here's the blurb from their website:
"Welcome to Kan Zaman, which means
?a long time ago? in Arabic. Our goal is to
introduce you to traditional delicacies, as well
as our style of eating. In the Middle East,
people take great pleasure in their meals.
We have a ?kahs? (drink) and a ?maza? (nibble)
before indulging in a main course. A tea and an
?argeelah? (hookah) typically follows."

"Our food is mainly of Palestinian/Lebanese origin,
many of the dishes use traditional Arabic spices with
Greek and Italian twists. Most of the recipes come
from my mother, whom by the way is a great cook."
(Now what son/daughter is not going to say their
Mum's a great cook?! LoL! -zardoz) But one thing
is for certain: Kan Zaman is a fun place with tasty
and authentic food!

Following dinner, there are a number of other
entertainment options for the able and willing:
we can dance till dawn or until...

Since they now take reservations (gasp!) I'll book
in advance. There are group menu's but I personally
think it's a better plan to let you all choose yer own
yummies. Given the space and place and ability to
have some better interactions, I'm limiting (?!?!)
15 people (which I suspect is still kinda high (sic)
given that it's in the Dreaded San Francisco).
