• What we'll do
The Well-Being Club is pleased to announce an addition of meditation and mindfullness to their offer of self-development and coaching activities. Sonja (the founder of TWBC) has been practising meditation for several years and has built a daily meditation practice. In the last 5 years she has taken courses and attended several retreats within The Word Peace Initiative in Belgium and Thailand . She has been helping to introduce people to the benefits of meditation and has led in-home meditations for people looking to develop healthy habits, release stress and create wellbeing and harmony in their life. In December 2017 she received her formal certification as a Mindfulness and Meditation Trainer and now ready to take her passion for meditation further.

Practising Inner Peace: "Guided Meditation for Life-Work Balance" sessions will take place by-weekly and will consist of:

- 15 minutes introduction to how you can create a harmonious balanced life
(every session with new content)
-20 minutes guided meditation
-10 minutes QandA There is NO FEE to attend the session yet a DONATION to cover the cost of venue is highly appreciated. The level is specially suited for beginners and anyone starting their path to inner peace through meditation. Please come & join us and discover how to live a calmer, more relaxing life.
