The main concepts we focus on are life satisfaction and stress; they are the main contributors to the overall well-being of any individual.
We want to help individuals improve their overall life satisfaction and also, reduce & prevent stress. We do this by helping them understand the various internal qualities that help in increasing one’s life satisfaction and the stressors in life that affect us.
