Celebrate Earth Day with TWIF and Nature Consortium in Seattle’s largest forest—The West Duwamish Greenbelt. To give native plants a fair chance, you’ll help weed out the bad guys—invasive species. This event usually attracts tons of volunteers—be part of the action!
Bring clothes you don’t mind getting dirty, good shoes, a lunch and a water bottle. Expect a short forest ecology workshop, tools, gloves, a light snack and live musical entertainment!
