Hey Ladies! Welcome to This Woman’s Work - Empowerment Workshops and Support Group!
This meetup is designed specifically for women who are passionate about their personal development journey and looking for a safe (non-judgmental) space to share, belong and evolve. Join us to connect with like-minded individuals, attend inspiring workshops tailored to women's interests, and receive valuable support, coaching and guidance on topics such as self-esteem/ self-image, confidence building, boundaries setting, career, and relationships.
As a Certified Life Coach I am excited to share my passion and creative strategies for empowering women with you all. Amongst our discussions we'll also explore helpful and fun activities like journaling, manifestation/vision boarding, poetry, drama arts/improv, to name a few. Let's come together to share our experiences, learn, support and cultivate a supportive community of growth-oriented women. You are not alone in your journey. Together, we can do “The Work” necessary to change our mindset, take action toward our goals and achieve more greatness in our lives!
