Welcome to Thrive Social! Meetup! This not-so-typical Gen X and Millennials group is about positivity, making new friendships, building healthy relationships, doing fun things together, making a positive difference in our community, and enjoying South Florida living. Whether you are new to the Broward to Palm Beach areas or have lived here for a long time, we will get together to explore local offerings and new events. Thrive Social! will offer our members an exciting and more unique range of diverse event programming, from the athletic/adventurous to dining/nightlife experiences to philanthropic/volunteer opportunities. We are a community with a focus on healthy living and building a social network that is diverse, genuine, polite, and consistent. Thrive Social! events will vary in location from as far north as Jupiter all the way down to Miami.
All members will be expected to adhere to respectful treatment of all. Our leaders will always be respectful in our communication and welcome suggestions from members. Thrive Social! members are encouraged to remain with the group at each event, but will never be required to stay with the group for an entire event. We definitely want everyone to have the opportunity to be introduced at the start of all events, so we ask that members do their best to arrive at the scheduled times.
Thrive Social! is a "Private Group", so your identity is protected and only our group members will see event locations.
The annual meetup fee has been eliminated because as organizer I do not believe meetup should have mandatory fees. Meetup does however charge a substantial fee to maintain a group and planning events does take time so if you would like to make a voluntary contribution, please do so below. It will be greatly appreciated.
