    No offense to George, but this price is not reasonable/feasible. It amounts to over $300 per square foot including "inexpensive" loft space. I have a lot of sustainable building and remodeling experience and this level of cost is out of sight. Yes, I know it is mobile, but one can buy a very nice used Airstream for $6,000 or less. For this movement to ever get traction other than among affluent hobbyists, this housing has to be much more affordable. I live in a wonderful old farm house, with all the conveniences, that I bought and totally renovated for under $100 a square foot (including land).
