Peaceful Streets Project

  • Aug 25, 2012 · 2:00 PM
  • Black Cat Collective

Following up with the Peaceful Streets Project’s police accountability summit in Austin last month, there is an organizing meeting taking place Saturday afternoon.

The Peaceful Streets Project utilizes community direct action to educate local residents of their rights during police encounters, to monitor police encounters, and to document instances of police misconduct.

The Black Cat Collective, which will be holding a general assembly at noon, is graciously hosting the event after 2 p.m.
