Ross Chapman - Lightning Decision Jam Workshop

“If you find you’re leaving meetings with the task of planning yet another meeting, then you should give the Lightning Decision Jam a good go”

The Lightning Decision Jam is a perfect activity for teams to start solving problems and make decisions quickly. It takes the best bits of the Design Sprint and demonstrates the methodology in just 1 hour (well, 30 mins).

Note: Ross will be presenting this via a video chat - a first for // TODO

Sabina Bejasa Dimmock - Questions For Your Interviewers

Many people enter an interview situation thinking it is they who are being asked the questions. Whilst this is, of course, true, they sometimes forget that they are there to interview the people they meet, and organisation itself.

But even if you do remember that, what questions should you ask to gain the crucial insight you need to know if they are the right fit for you?

Sabina has more than a few ideas for you, built on years of good and bad experiences of her own. Interviews may never be the same again!

Note: We understand that some people have other commitments, and cannot spend the whole evening with us. Because of this we start early, try to run very close to time, and we do not take questions after the talks. This allows everyone to benefit from the main part of the evening, and then, if you are able, you can join us after for the social where hopefully some, or all, of the speakers will be on hand. We think this makes // TODO more inclusive, but if you think we can do better, do let us know.
