Welcome to the taste of Japan! !t’s the season of appetite and abundance.
To celebrate Thanksgiving, we’re hosting a cozy Japanese style dinner party featuring seasonal ingredients. Chestnuts from my parents home will also make an appearance. Let’s gather to appreciate the harvest and enjoy the flavors of autumn together🍁🌰

Menu (Subject to Change)
Main and Side Dishes

• Sautéed Sweet Potato Kinpira
• Grilled Eggplant
• Yuzu Salt Hot Pot (Seafood Based Broth with Fish or Chicken Toppings)
• Mushroom Rice or Chestnut Rice
• etc..

Desserts

• Simmered Chestnuts and Marron Glacé
• Seasonal fruit

Drinks

• Green Tea
• Roasted Hojicha

The menu is mostly gluten-free and vegetarian-friendly. If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

食欲の秋、ようこそ日本の食卓へ！
サンクスギビングを記念して、秋の味覚を使った和食パーティを開催します。私の地元から届いた栗も登場予定！今年の収穫に感謝しながら、日本の秋の味をみんなで楽しみましょう🍁🌰

• 焼きなす
• 柚子塩鍋（魚介ベースの出汁＋魚または鶏肉のトッピング）
• きのこの炊き込みご飯
