Friday (Dec 30)

  Meet in Shinjuku at 7:45pm

  Get on the bus

  Have some drinks, chat with other members and get excited

  Short stop for food/snacks on the way

  Arrive in Nozawa Onsen around 0:30am

  Check-in at the lodge

  Have a drink (or two) at Karaoke Bar Heaven



Saturday (Dec 31) *New Year's Eve

  Buffet breakfast (7am-10)

  Get the gear on

  Ski/snowboarding (8:30am-5pm)

  Visit one of the FREE public onsens

  Relax at the lodge/have some drinks

  Dinner at 6pm

  Group party at the Craft Room until 11:30pm

  Watch the fireworks display at Nagasaka ski area

  New Year's party at our local bar (Karaoke Heaven) until you drop


Sunday (Jan 1)

  Buffet breakfast (7am-10)

  *Ski/snowboarding (8:30am-5pm) or recover from hungover ;)

  Visit one of the FREE public onsens

Important Notes

•    Reservation required

•    Itinerary may vary due to the weather, traffic conditions, and other unavoidable circumstances.

•   Ski/snowboarding off-piste is strictly prohibited.

•   You MUST have your own insurance (health, social, company, etc.) to be able join.

•   Rooms will be allocated to your preference.

•   Minimum of 4 and maximum of 6 persons per room.

•   Male/Female only rooms are available.

•   Group of friends can have their own room.

•   Private room for 2 persons available for an extra fee on a first-come/first-served basis (limited rooms).

•   The lodge is only a 6min walk to Karasawa pair lift and 12min walk to Nagasaka gondola.

•   Restaurants and shops in the ski resorts don't accept credit cards so please bring enough cash.

•   Lunch not provided but available at the ski resort.

•   Day trip to Togari Onsen will be on Monday (Jan 2). It takes about 30mins by local bus from Nozawa Onsen to Togari Onsen.

•   Free ski/snowboarding lesson is on Saturday (Dec 31) from 9:30am until 12pm.

•   Lift pass will not be provided if you avail the beginners discount.

•   You don't need a lift pass to join our free ski/snowboarding lessons. However, if you're a fast learner and would want to ride the chairlifts, you can buy a "ride ticket" which costs around[masked]yen per ride. On average, beginners only take the chairlifts 4-5 times the entire weekend. Some beginners, not at all!

•   We will try to accommodate all dietary requirements. However, we are unable to guarantee the hotel/lodge can cater for every meal.

•   Soap, shampoo and rinse are provided in the bath (ofuro).

•   Towels available for rent at the lodge for 200yen.

•   You can send your gear by delivery service (takkyubin) to the hotel. Address will be provided upon request
