You think you are not strong enough, your hands get tired way before the class ends and have no idea where to even start? Start here with a Lyra Foundations workshop. You will learn easy and graceful ways to get onto the Lyra, beginner-friendly poses, transitions and shapes, low flow on the bottom of the Lyra, and aerial-specific safety and conditioning techniques and drills. Lyra Foundations is the prerequisite to attending other lyra classes on the schedule. Join us Saturday, February 21st for our 3rd Saturday Social Ballroom Dance and step into an evening filled with friendship, and still beautifully decorated for the month of LOVE!! Let the evening lift your heart - and your feet - as we dance together on this historic dance floor. **7:30 - 8:30 PM: Waltz Dance lesson by** **Guest Instructor TeRay Bingham of Crown Dance Studio.** Teray's teaching skills are excellent, clear, and concise. And better yet, the ladies can sign up to dance with Teray, just as we do with Michael Sims, who will return next month. **8:30 - 10:30 PM: Ballroom Dance music by DJ TeRay Bingham of Crown Dance Studio** A delicious Chocolate Cake will be served to celebrate birthdays of the month. $15 (cash or check) includes the lesson plus the dance, cold water and scrumptious snacks Dress is "ballroom casual." Dulles South Toastmasters club meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of every month at Gum Spring Library, with the meeting hours 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm. Club Officers will be in the room at 3:15 pm to answer your questions and provide information. Guests are welcome. Pleas join us!

Our club meets the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10:00 am. We are always delighted to see new guests -- please come about 5 minutes before start to help us get you introduced. It is a hospitable, supportive, and fun environment. Stop by and make new friends and plan on having a good time! We meet in the Youth Room on the top level of the Center. Park on the right side of the building and take the elevator all the way up. The Youth Room is just around the corner to your right as you exit the elevator. See you there!
