WE Workshops with International guest Adam Husler
WE Workshops with International guest Adam Husler
**Get ready for an insightful weekend as we're welcoming international guest teacher Adam Husler back to Bubble Yoga!** Adam is the embodiment of a teacher who is serious about the practice & study of yoga, but does not take himself seriously. If you've ever engaged with his social media content, you'll know what we mean! But beyond the humorous yoga videos there's a highly experienced teacher who has been sharing his enthusiasm for yoga & anatomy for over 10 years with practitioners & teachers around the globe. \>\> This weekend of CPD \(Continuing Professional Development\) is tailored to yoga teachers wanting to refine their practice\, skills and teaching\, but is also open to any dedicated practitioner curious to learn more\! You can book each day separately or join us for the full weekend programme\. **// SATURDAY - From Passive Flexibility to Functional Asana** For years, yoga in the West has often been portrayed as primarily a flexibility practice, with a sprinkle of spirituality for good measure. But are we striving for extreme flexibility and passive range of motion? And if we are —is that actually serving our bodies in the long run? Maybe it’s time to reframe yoga as a practice of balance. Physically speaking, sure, many people do need to work on improving their flexibility to create harmony in their bodies. But just as often, yogis need to develop more strength and stability to support their long-term health and well-being. In this workshop, we’ll dive into: * The science of mobility & flexibility * The importance of exploring active range before moving into passive range. * Mobility drills to create ‘bulletproof’ yogis * How to ensure your yoga sequences help build stronger yogis who have control of their body in space Ultimately, this is about equipping both you and your students with the tools to create balanced, resilient, and injury-free bodies for the long haul. Because yoga isn’t just about getting your leg behind your head—it’s about finding strength, stability, and sustainable practices for life. **// SUNDAY - Refining Sequencing Method** Asana is just one piece of the yoga puzzle — but if we’re the ones guiding students through it, we have a responsibility to do it well. That means teaching asana in a way that’s informed, intentional, and genuinely supports students in building skill, awareness, flexibility, and strength. This training is all about sharpening your ability to craft sequences that make sense, feel good in bodies long after class ends, and help your students progress in ways they can actually feel — both on and off the mat. We’ll kick off the day with a full practice to get grounded in our own bodies before diving into a mix of theory, practical exploration, and group discussion. Together, we’ll cover: * Sequencing frameworks that allow longterm development — including a versatile arc model you can apply to almost any class style. * The art of holding space — because sequencing is only part of the equation. How you guide, pace, and respond to the room is just as important. * Asana deconstruction and intentional cueing — so every pose (and its variations) actively supports the overall purpose and flow of your class. * Classroom realities — from working with mixed-level groups to adjusting on the fly when your plan meets real humans, we’ll look at how sequencing and teaching methods need to flex in real time. This isn’t about rigid formulas — it’s about giving you the tools and confidence to create experiences that are clear, impactful, and supportive of your students’ growth, class after class. **// WHO IS THIS FOR?** * This weekend training is designed for yoga teachers wanting to refine their skills * It is also open to any dedicated practitioner curious to learn more * Each training day can be booked individually or as a weekend package * If you are a teacher you can claim 8h of continuous education with Yoga Alliance for each day or 16h if you attend the weekend programme * Training hours can also be accounted towards your 300h certification with Bubble Yoga Academy. * All sessions will be in English * 1 Scholarship spot available \-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\- **// ABOUT ADAM HUSLER** Fuelled by a fascination with anatomy and a desire to ask ‘why’, Adam Husler brings a unique perspective to those who seek to transcend simply making shapes. He offers creative, effective and clearly-sequenced teachings that focus on balancing flexibility and strength; physically and mentally. Adam has taught classes, workshops and trainings in over 60 studios in over 20 countries, with a robust home schedule in London's leading studios. You can find Adam chatting on the [Honestly Unbalanced](https://www.thehuslers.com/honestly-unbalanced) podcast, consulting for studios and brands, writing for the likes of Yoga Journal and leading global trainings including the Triyoga 200hr training and previously on Jason Crandell’s faculty. Follow on IG [@adamhusler](https://www.instagram.com/adamhusler/) \-\-\-\-\-\-\- **// PRACTICAL INFO** **Date:** 14-15th February 2026 **Time:** 09:00-12:30 + 13:30-17:00 **Price**: CHF290 per day, CHF550 for the weekend **Location:** theSoulspace studio Wiedikon - Zurlindenstrasse 134, 8003 Zürich **Registration:** Email us [hello@bubbleyoga.ch](mailto:hello@bubbleyoga.ch) or book online [HERE](https://www.eversports.ch/org/activity/9ed10c3a-58b8-4618-93c5-7c78159cfaa3) **// SPACE IS LIMITED - BOOK EARLY! //**

Twentyfifth Zurich Coffee Talk Live!
Twentyfifth Zurich Coffee Talk Live!
A casual meet-up to get to know people from / around Zurich over a cup of coffee., 12-14 attendees max, unless I have a volunteer to lead a 3rd group: please stand up! Main intention is to be less of a hello-goodbye event, but more to be able to "hang out" and get to know each other in some kind of a hide-out location where you can be sure of a seat: a third place besides home and work where some distance can be taken from the daily hassles: an a\*\*-hole free zone. We're considering to have a dinner afterwards, making the format (tentatively) as following: \- walk\-in/socialising \- round of introduction \- subject to talk about \- hanging out \- dinner \(optional\) Location will be revealed in due time (please check your messages to confirm, etc.!). If that doesn't work, please write a message in this event in due time, so I can see you're interested! Hope to see you soon! Matthew

**Meet&Grow #3rd - New Year, New Energy:** **LinkedIn visibility & networking 🇨🇭Swiss market ☕️ 🔎💡** **Coffee Meetup - Zürich** With the new year unfolding and fresh energy in the air, we’re taking the chance to continue our 𝘾𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙚 𝙈𝙚𝙚𝙩𝙪𝙥 𝙞𝙣 𝙕ü𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙝, a simple, cosy gathering where people from all walks of life come together. Different backgrounds, different personalities, different stories… and one shared intention: to connect as human beings. There are no expectations ✨ No pressure 💆‍♂️ And no rules 🚫📏 Just a safe space where everyone can show up exactly as they are 🤗 Our aim is to build a community 👫🏻 👬🏽 👭🏿 where we can rely on each other without obligation, yet with the quiet certainty that we are supported. A place where we recognise the wisdom, strength, and inner power each of us carries and how sharing that with others can help us all grow. Alongside our casual conversations, we often include small exercises or short nuggets of wisdom offered by members of the community, nothing heavy, always optional, simply little gifts to enrich the moment. This time, we’re bringing two focused inputs to share practical insights on LinkedIn visibility and networking in the Swiss job market: 🔍 ***Joel*** will open the conversation with an inside perspective from many years in executive search. He’ll briefly explain how recruiters actually work, how candidates are identified, what makes someone visible, and what really matters when it comes to LinkedIn profiles in the Swiss market. 🌐 ***Silvia*** will then share practical guidance on networking and LinkedIn, with a clear focus on Switzerland. How to build visibility authentically, how to approach networking without pressure, and how to position yourself in a way that feels aligned and effective. ✨This is a completely **free** event 🗓️ Saturday\, February 14th\, 2025 \| 11:30AM – 13:30PM 📍 CREAM Coffee Bar Food - Hardbrücke Zürich ®️ Register here https://luma.com/de34yw08 so we save your place! *** *Everyone is welcome here. Algorithmic Trading & Crypto
## (Lesson 2) ## What to expect Project Equilibrium is an in-person introduction to disciplined, rule-based trading automation. This first event is designed to be clear, practical, and approachable no hype, no pressure, and no prior technical background required. ### Why we meet (two-session structure) This meetup is structured as **two lessons**: **Lesson 1 — The “Why” (mindset + framework)** * What Project Equilibrium is (and what it is not) * Why we focus on process, rules, and execution discipline * What “24/7 execution” means in practice * Q&A and open discussion **Lesson 2 — The “How” (step-by-step setup)** * A simple walkthrough of the basic tools you need * Step-by-step guidance to install and prepare the required exchange apps/accounts * A clear checklist to be ready for future sessions (You won’t be left alone—everything is explained calmly and in order.) ### What to bring To make the second lesson smooth, please bring: * **A smartphone** (for authentication and exchange app setup) * **A laptop** (for the setup steps and configuration) If you only have one device, you can still join Lesson 1. The setup lesson is simply easier with both. ### Who this is for * People curious about algorithmic execution and portfolio discipline * Beginners who want a structured approach * Experienced traders who want more consistency and less stress ### Agenda * Welcome + introductions * Lesson focus of the day (Why / How) * Guided walkthrough (where applicable) * Q&A + next steps ### How to find the group * Arrive a few minutes early and look for the **Project Equilibrium** group. * I will be there to welcome attendees if you’re unsure, simply ask the venue staff for the Meetup group name.

The feeling you get after the swim is magnificent, it makes you feel alive. We have started this group to safely experience the cold water together. The event is every Sunday at 11:30, we meet at the Mythenquai Badi entrance no matter the weather. Take along: a large towel, comfortable bathing suit, flip-flops, and warm clothes (hat, gloves, etc). If you’re planning swimming out take along a bright swim buoy. The event is Free. NOVA Horror Club Screening and Discussion: Hideshi Hino's Mermaid in a Manhole
**CONTENT WARNING: Disease, mutilation, abortion.** **This film contains extreme body horror, prolonged depictions of illness and bodily decay, environmental contamination, and disturbing imagery. It also includes references to pregnancy loss and a graphic act involving the removal of a fetus from a woman’s body. Themes of obsession, emotional distress, and death are central to the film. Viewer discretion is strongly advised. You are welcome to step out at any time.** Please read the original manga ahead of the dicussion: https://mangadex.org/chapter/bf397fc1-17bc-4fa1-8cd7-2cfd35f8170c Hideshi Hino's *Mermaid in a Manhole* is body horror stripped of bravado. When a lonely artist encounters a dying mermaid trapped in an underground sewer, he attempts to care for her — documenting her condition as her body deteriorates in disturbing and intimate ways. What begins as a strange act of compassion transforms into a bleak meditation on decay, obsession, and environmental collapse. Blending body horror with tragic romance, the film replaces shock-for-shock’s-sake with an atmosphere of sickness and inevitability that seeps into every frame.
