Fortunately, he was in the right place at the right time. Richmond was getting national attention as being one of the few creative hot spots outside New York. He continued building his reputation and portfolio by working for many distinguished companies in New York, Boston, and Los Angeles. In Los Angeles, Cabell founded WORK Inc. as an agency for agencies. He returned to his roots and relocated the agency to Richmond in 1995.
