The first half of the class focuses on mindful, steady postures that build strength, stability, and awareness through breath-led movement. As the body warms and the mind centres, the practice gradually slows down into longer-held Yin poses, allowing deep release and inner calm. This combination of Hatha and Yin cultivates both energy and relaxation - strength and softness, movement and stillness.
