music therapy (psychotherapy) sessions
**Music Therapy & Systemic Psychotherapy**
My approach integrates music therapy and systemic psychotherapy to support emotional expression, connection, and transformation.
Through sound, improvisation, and dialogue, we explore inner experiences, family dynamics, and relational patterns in a safe and creative space.
The sessions invite awareness, playfulness, and presence — allowing music to become both mirror and bridge between what is felt and what can be spoken.
Whether through active musicking, deep listening, or verbal reflection, the process unfolds at your own pace, weaving together body, voice, and relationships as pathways to healing and growth.
Soundground: free improvised music workshop
**A place to meet sound, without maps**
Facilitated by **Vesti Gium (they/them)**
Everyone enters as they are.
No score. No threshold of skill.
We follow the room, moment by moment—
listening, nudging, letting the music find itself.
A breath, a shoelace, a laugh, a footstep—
each carries weight.
Silence is welcomed; noise is celebrated.
There are no wrong directions here.
We practise a listening that reaches outward and inward:
to ourselves, to one another, to the space we shape together.
That is where the music begins.
* 🌀 Bring a voice, an object, an instrument, a movement—or nothing at all.
* ✨ **Priority given to FLINTA folks and people with migration background.**
* 🎧 No experience needed. Curiosity is enough.
* 📍 Berlin – \[theodorstraße 5,12099]
* 🗓 Every Saturday 12:00
* 📬 DM or email **[vestigium.impro@gmail.com](mailto:vestigium.impro@gmail.com)** to join
Come make sound—come be heard.

Truth Without Apology: A Space for Self-Enquiry and Honest Reflection✨
Hello everyone,
This event welcomes everyone curious about themselves and their life. Open to self enquiry, to ask questions, to search for answers, to share and to connect with others, with openness, honesty and vulnerability. Regardless of our differences, we are all alike in our humanness. No judgements, it is a safe space to read and to reflect. We are here to hold space for one another.
For our first event we'll be taking the guidance for the discussion from a one of a kind book and a bestseller at that, Truth Without Apology written by Acharya Prashant. The book comprises of 1 page chapters bringing together philosophy, spirituality and psychology in such a way so that the reader can reflect clearly on their life, day to day decisions, what weighs heavy on their heart and mind and how they can free themselves from "sweet lies" that may comfort but keep them trapped in the same cycles...
We will have multiple copies of the book available for attendees at the venue for discussion and if you'd like to pre-read you can also get yourself an e-book at https://a.co/d/1Z2r7Hs
Women's Yoga: cycle awareness
Women's Yoga is a gentle, nourishing practice designed to support the health of the female body. The classes follow a cycle-aware approach, honoring the natural changes in hormones, energy levels, and emotional states throughout the month.
Each session begins with a short guided meditation to settle the mind, followed by a soft, flowing yoga practice and a deeply relaxing closing rest. The movements and postures are carefully chosen to support the female organs, pelvic floor, hips, and lower body, helping to create balance, strength, and ease.
This practice is intuitive and permission-based. You're invited to move at your own rhythm, in tune with your cycle and how you feel on the day. Breathwork plays an important role, supporting the nervous system and hormonal balance.
Women's Yoga offers a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and build a deeper sense of awareness, acceptance, and trust in your natural cycles.
Come as you are.
Bring your own mat or use one of ours. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. The door will be closed once class begins, and late entry will not be possible.

Sourdough Intro and Tasting
This event is a fun and beginner-friendly introduction to the world of sourdough alongside a delicious sourdough tasting.
You’ll learn the basics about the sourdough starter: what it is, how it needs to be maintained, and how to bake delicious and healthy bread with it. During the session, we’ll feed our starters together, and you’ll go home with your own active sourdough starter, plus a clear step-by-step recipe and guide to help you bake your first loaf at home.
To spark inspiration and motivation, the event includes a sourdough tasting. You’ll enjoy a selection of freshly baked sourdough breads with delicious dips, along with soft drinks and tea. There’s plenty of time to chat, ask questions, and connect with others in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

Shamanic Women’s Circle 💫 Cacao Ceremony, Drum Journey & Fairy Tale Magic
**Feel welcome to a warm, supportive space among women, a circle where community, mindfulness, and quiet magic can be felt.**
💫In this special gathering, we bring together the heart-opening spirit of a cacao ceremony, guided trance journeys with the drum, and the timeless wisdom of fairy tales. **Ceremonial cacao helps us soften out of the everyday and move into a deeper connection** with ourselves, our bodies, and the shared energy of the circle.
🥁 **The steady rhythm of the frame drum gently leads us on journeys into the non-ordinary reality.** These shamanic trance states allow images, insights and intuitive guidance from the spiritual dimension to emerge. The journeys are also an invitation to explore our own inner landscape in a safe, grounded and supported way.
**This women’s circle is a space for**
• Pausing and replenishing
• Heart-opening and gentle self-connection
• Guided inner journeys through drum rhythm
• Community beyond roles and expectations
• Listening, feeling, and simply being
No previous experience is needed. Come exactly as you are.
I look forward to an evening of warmth, depth, connection, inner exploration, and a touch of fairy-tale magic. ✨

Silent Reading Club
**Silent Reading Book Club**
A new way to enjoy reading! Ditch the old book club, where everyone has to read the same book…this is better!
It works like this: Bring your own book. Come chat, have some tea or coffee, get to know your neighbors. Then we quietly read together, side by side, for about one hour, each one reading their own book, and afterwards we talk with each other about what we are reading.
You may read in any language, you may read any book. We are a group of international residents of Berlin from many different countries, of all ages, and we converse in English. We welcome you!
no registration needed- the event is donation based
