Join us for an exclusive Real Estate Investor Meetup! Connect, share ideas, and expand your network. **We do ask that you buy a drink or some food before interacting with the group. (ps. This could be a tax write off)** The venue is graciously providing such a wonderful space for us and it's great if we can all help out. Parking- there is street parking and parking on the left side of the building. Location- We will be in the loft on the 2nd floor. If you need help, reach out to the front desk staff for assistance. Menu- The restaurant has quite a bit of west African food and a few classic quick bites and cocktails. They have a full stocked bar with a wide assortment of drinks.

Open play comes to Cleveland Park Library (downstairs meeting room) the first and third Thursday of the month! Both American and Chinese/Hong Kong style players are welcome to meet new friends, practise your hands, and improve your strategy. Although no formal instruction or lessons will be offered, lots of friendly players to proffer advice.

Bring a friend, bring family, and bring that neighbor that you kinda know... Come one, come all for some free table tennis. Note: Because we have been playing regularly for years, members tend not to RSVP. If there are any questions, feel free to message.

Everyone is encouraged to get vaccinated, but not required. I just got mine. I don't want to get any of my friends sick! I will, however, be screening for a standard set of COVID symptoms. If you are showing any symptoms that could make people nervous, please postpone coming to the meetup till you're over it. While sneezing is not a COVID symptom, I think folks would rather not risk getting even a cold right now, so again please don't show up if this is the case, even if you're sure it is just an allergy. On the other hand, no masks are required, although feel free if it'd make you more comfortable. General day of games! Whatever folks feel like playing. Bring your own or learn a new one! If you want to play a longer game, you might want to propose it on the meetup discussion to judge interest. I'll have snacks and soda on hand. Additional snacks or soda welcome. We usually order out for dinner and then continue on till 10pm. The games we usually play tend towards those requiring more thinking than typical family or party games and they are usually in the 2-4 hour range. Photos from past meet ups can give you a sense of them. We do sometimes play lighter games though.

We play a variety of games with a focus on high interaction Euros. Events will start with quick games while people arrive and eat lunch. We will start longer games between 1:30pm and 2pm. While the official end time is 5pm, people are welcome to continue playing games afterwards. Western Market closes at 7pm on Sundays. Try to download any software you need before the working session. There is Wifi at this location, but it may be slow if you have to download any large files.

Welcome to Nusfjord, a tranquil fishing village in the Lofoten archipelago in northern Norway, where you will play as the owner of a fishing company. Your goal is to develop the harbor and the surrounding landscape. To succeed, you must expand your fleet, clear the forest, construct new buildings, issue shares, and appease the local elders. Do this better than the other owners (players) to win the game. Nusfjord is a tight worker-placement Euro that feels much bigger than its small box suggests. With only three workers per round and a total of seven rounds, every action matters. Players compete for shared action spaces to gather resources, build an efficient engine, and time their investments carefully. The limited number of turns creates constant tension: do you focus on growing your fishing fleet for steady income, rush key buildings before opponents claim them, or sell shares now to fund long-term gains? If you’ve played Agricola, Caverna, or A Feast for Odin - all, like Nusfjord, designed by Uwe Rosenberg - this will feel familiar, but faster, tighter, and more focused, with far fewer actions and less long-term sprawl. I can't hear anyone knocking on the door as we are in the basement. You can also send me a message on Meet up if you would prefer for me to let you in. * If you would like to bring a game to the group that you want to play, please post the game along with a link to a tutorial in the event chat so people can prep to play if they plan on playing too. A Pathfinder Society Scenario designed for 1st- through 4th-level characters. Hellknight forces have forcibly taken over Citadel Altaerein, the abandoned Hellknight citadel on the edge of Breachill, a small town in Isger, while also leading a reign of terror on the innocent civilians and the leadership alike. The Eagle Knights of Andoran have called upon the Pathfinder Society for backup while they handle the citadel, requesting that they rescue the civilians and prevent any unneeded harm. While the Pathfinders are moving throughout the town, they learn of a secret way into the citadel, and though it's not without its dangers and threats, they could learn *so much* from the enemy... We welcome anyone in the lgbt+ community to come play board games every Monday with our fun and chaotic crew! If you’re brand new to board gaming and looking to make some friends or if you love playing 4 hour space operas and are looking to make some rivals, we’re the group for you! We are an lgbt+ group that focuses on creating a safe lgbt+ community. Non-lgbt+ individuals are welcome when attending with an lgbt+ friend, family member, or partner. Huzzah hobbies currently follows cdc guidelines, where customers who are vaccinated are allowed to not wear masks indoors. With their current hours on Mondays, they are open until 9pm; if they change hours and remain open later, games night will continue until close.
