Hello Friends! Another busy week at work, another late announcement, but this time, something different. For weeks, there have been no trains to the north, or at least half of the route would have been on a replacement bus. Of course, we're using this opportunity, and we will do a CFL trail. We're going to start from Diekirch train station a few minutes after the train arrives. I expect that I found most of you on the train already, which shortens the check-in. The first 4km will be mainly up, but not always super steep. On the way down, around the 6km mark, I found a "picnic table" on the map, and at around 8km, another one. One of them will be our lunch break. There's one steep incline after the break, which we will take slow and with several breaks, to have a sip of water **Meeting Point:** We will meet at the train station. There is a parking lot nearby, but there was construction on it recently, which means either much less space or much more if the building became a parking garage. https://maps.app.goo.gl/kmPXML6yGgHiDk6z8 **Public Transport:** Train RB 3609 leaves Gare Centrale at 9:53 from platform 7CD. If you want or need to come by car, you can catch the train at 10:33 in Ettelbrück, or you can go all the way to Diekirch and take a train back to Diekirch after the hike. This class will provide instruction into various concepts of **Jiu-Jitsu** as a form of **martial art**. Participants will have the opportunity to **study**, **practice**, and **experiment** with **submission holds** and **strategic fighting controls** that are the hallmark of the now famous methodology of Professional MMA athletes and professional combatives users. This **gi class** is held every **Tuesday** and **Thursday** and includes **one hour of instruction** and **30 minutes** (sometimes longer, TBD) of **open training**. Gis are available if you need one. Drop-in fee for non-members is **$20** which which can be paid on-site. Note that we are in **Suite #130**.
