**What to Expect:**
Join us for a relaxed, supportive gathering where we'll create together, share our process, and connect mindfully. No art experience necessary, all levels and all creative expressions welcome!
**What to Bring:**
Please bring your own art materials and supplies, whatever you enjoy working with!
**Ideas for materials:** sketchbooks, journals, pastels, crayons, markers, colored pencils, collage materials, yarn, lego, diamond art, iPad or tablet for digital drawing, or anything else that calls to you. Bring paper or surfaces to work on as well. There's no right or wrong, just bring what feels good! 🙂

We believe that everyone can benefit from regular flotation therapy, so we offer Community Hours every Thursday evening from 4PM-8PM.
For centuries many people have focused on learning the healing qualities of water and salt in places like the Dead Sea. A float spa uses salt water to decrease physical pain and increase mental clarity which will improve your quality of life. The sea salt creates a feeling of Zero-gravity, which allows the user to float effortlessly ,letting your body relieve the pressure and tension off all your joints and muscles. The absences of senses of touch, sound, or sight and external stimulation lets your body experience a relaxing environment.
Our spacious float tanks allow you to leave the tank open or closed, have colored lights or darkness. Flotation therapy is very beneficial for athletes, expectant mothers, and anyone looking to improve their health or boost their creativity.

Our next book for Rockville Vegans Book Club is Demon Copperhead by Barbara Kingsolver.
This book is available for free in both audiobook and eBook on Hoopla.. You can log into Hoopla using your library card information.
Currently I have the Meetup location set to Pike Kitchen. This is a vegan friendly food hall in Rockville with a lot of indoor seating available. Purchasing a food/drink would be optional. For new students who have never taken pole and students just beginning their pole journey. This workshop is for you! Students will learn the basics of pole, proper technique and queuing, and safety practices for spins and transitions on the pole. You will leave this workshop confident and with a solid foundation built for success. Note: This workshop is a prerequisite to all pole fitness classes. If you're not new to pole, please contact the Front Desk for approval to attend other classes.

Rosie's Farm Sanctuary Volunteer Day
Join us for a volunteer day helping the animals at Rosie's Farm Sanctuary in Potomac, MD.

The chores you will be doing are physical. You will be working on big projects that require many volunteers like removing old bedding, sanitizing stals and replacing with new bedding, along with the daily clean up chores. Wear boots and clothing you don’t mind getting dirty.
Feel free to bring a filled water bottle. On sunny days a brimmed hat and sunglasses may be helpful. Sunscreen is also suggested.
Please do not bring any food or yummy-smelling items on your body or in your bag as our animals love to eat and are on special diets.
Out of respect for the animals, we do not allow any food with animal products to be consumed at Rosie’s Farm Sanctuary. Please ensure that all edible items are plant-based (no dairy, no cheese, no cow’s milk ice cream, no meat, no fish, no eggs). Thank you for your cooperation and respect for this. It is very important to us.
There is a gift shop where you can browse and warm up during the event.
