This is an open Circle for anyone and open to constellate on any subject. It's a good way to get started if you've been wanting to see what Constellations is all about. We will start with some bodywork exercises and then there will be time for three Constellations on any topic. ​A Constellation is a means for accessing the timeless map you hold within, linking the past to the present and the present to the future. It's a tool to find the origin of the problems we face today such as repeated patterns, blockages, relationship difficulties or health concerns, to name a few, and has the power to reveal hidden dynamics not visible to the normal eye. Then a healing exchange takes place and steps are taken to free you from the past and put you on a road to freedom, understanding and authenticity for your future. ​There are two ways to participate, either as a participant or Space Holder in the Circle or to bring a topic to constellate as an Issue Holder, which is limited to three places. It was created by people who wanted a place that belongs to the neighbourhood and works with it. It’s not only a bar, and not only about beer. Part of the beer is brewed on site, with the tanks located below the bar. The food follows the same logic: bread baked in-house, a short menu, seasonal ingredients, and dishes that are simple and meant to be shared. Nothing complicated, nothing rushed. The place also works as a neighbourhood meeting point. Locals come in after the flea market, others stay for events or just to sit for a while. Conversations overlap, people stay longer than planned, and the space naturally shifts between café, bar and meeting place. It may be winter but we still need to keep our legs in shape, so let's do some climbing with a hike from **Trooz to Pepinster** (\~22km, 550m elevation). We will climb out of the valley of the Vesdre, follow a pilgrimage route through the forest and finish the walk along the valley of the Hoëgne to Pepinster. With luck, there will be a bar open for our traditional drink (optional) before taking the train back to Brussels. **The weather forecast is partly sunny but quite cold, so bring warm clothes and rain jacket just in case. The path will be muddy and slippery in places so wear good shoes, preferably walking boots.** **We will walk at an average speed of 5km/h. This is quite fast.** We will walk both on paved and unpaved roads.
