DC Code and Coffee is an inclusive, informal co-working session. It's community-led and community-run by devs, for devs. People of all skill levels attend. Whether you’re dev-curious, aspiring, or a professional developer, we’d love to have you! Come chat or learn to code on a Sunday afternoon with coffee and cool-inclusive people. Bring your laptop! You say your name, what you can help others with, and what you would like help with. You can also share job opportunities. For the rest of the day, folks work on their projects, providing one another with help, and/or socialize. It's fully up to you. **Location** We will be at the Rockville Science Center, right across from the library in The Square at Rockville. I'm hosting a clothing swap - in my building's lounge area. Feel free to bring snacks and drinks to share. To enter my building, you must be willing to send me your first and last name. I'll give you the exact address via email. How the clothing swap works: 1. Bring clean, good-condition clothes that you no longer want. Please limit to 9 items max. 2. Clothes are laid out or hung up for browsing, based on categories (depending on the inventory). 3. Participants take what they like. The order is chosen at random. Example: if you randomly chose #1 out of the hat, you will have 5 minutes to select 2-3 clothing items. For the second round, we reverse it - so the last number becomes the first to select clothes. 4. These are loose "rules" that will be firmed up when we have an idea of the inventory. Sunday there is free parking in Bethesda.

Meeting in the big room at George Mason Library in Annandale, VA, for a get-together to celebrate this Meetup group being 11 years old! We will have food and drink. Bring your favorite prints (2 max and any size) that you took in 2025, and bonus points if they were taken at a Virginia Beltway Photography Meetup. Join our ASL Brunch on Sundays in Greenbelt! All ASL users and learners are welcome. Brunches are alternately held at two restaurants in Greenbelt, both in the same town plaza. ODD WEEKS: 1st, 3rd, and 5th Sundays, we meet at Cedars of Lebanon, 103 Centerway. EVEN WEEKS: 2nd and 4th Sundays, we meet at New Deal Café,113 Centerway. We are the Greenbelt ASL Community, a group of both Deaf and hearing people who hang out, chat about everyday goings on, trade stories, get to know each other better, and of course, enjoy food together. Many members use ASL as their primary language, several are interpreters or other fluent ASL users, while others are ASL learners who wish to improve their skills while making new friends. NOVA Code and Coffee is an inclusive, informal, co-working session. People of all skill levels are invited. The concept is simple, bring a laptop and ideas, we'll provide the coffee and donuts!
