The Agentic AI Engineering Lab: Build, Break & Iterate
The Agentic AI Engineering Lab: Build, Break & Iterate
**The Vibe:** Agentic AI is moving too fast for „best practices.“ We are here to experiment, debug, and learn from each other. **The Plan:** I’m hosting a micro-meetup for software engineers who are actively exploring autonomous AI agents. Whether you are building with CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen, or experimenting with local LLMs – let’s compare notes. This is a „Lab“ session. We will: \* **Show & Tell:** Share what you are working on (even if it’s broken). \* **Dissect Approaches:** Discuss how to handle context, loops, and hallucinations in production. \* **Hands-on:** Bring your laptop. We try different setups live. The Logistics: 📍 Location: My Office in Grunewald area – Boardroom. 🎟 Capacity: Strictly limited to 6 seats. 🍕 Food/Drinks: Snacks and drinks provided. Who is this for? **Professionals eager to actively shape the future and elevate software engineering through Agentic AI.** We are looking for people ready to co-create the next generation of workflows, not just watch from the sidelines. Since we are a very small group, please only register if you are willing to actively participate in the discussion and hands-on lab work.

We begin by awakening and relaxing the body. Then we focus on an intensely gentle and enjoyable slow external anal massage. We can release the taboos we may have learned about our anus, deepen intimacy and build trust. The second part of the workshop is an invitation to go deeper and explore the pleasures of anal eroticism, including how to contact the “male G spot”. You have the possibility to explore conscious breathing, verbal communication about your desires, needs and limits, and respectful touch. This way you can better get to know your individual rhythm that will allow you to indulge in and enjoy intimate anal experiences. **What is SOUL OF SKIN?** **[SOUL OF SKIN](https://wearevillage.org/en/soul-of-skin)** is a massage training in a two-year cycle and consists of eight weekend workshops. The eight weekends/methods can also be booked individually. Professional and experienced practitioners teach a method in each module. Discover the massage as a form of intimate encounter! Expand your possibilities as a professional, lover and partner! **Who is SOUL OF SKIN aimed at**? The workshop cycle is aimed at GBTQ+ men\*, beginners, those with massage experience or those who deal professionally with bodywork. **How can I participate in SOUL OF SKIN?** The modules can be booked individually. You discover the massage as a form of intimate encounter. You expand your possibilities as a professional, lover and partner! Soundness Check Circle | Mental Health Support
Hi, I am Zoe, a software engineer by profession. I have been running this support group since a year 😇 What to expect in the circle: \- The first 45 minutes we can spend to get coffee and settle down \- On a volunteer basis\, each of the attendee will then get some time to share things that they are dealing with\, perhaps for 2\-5 minutes \- You can skip sharing even if you are in a circle\, there's no force \(and there will never be\) on you to share\, staying silent and listening is completely ok \- Attendees can recommend books or reading material if they like ///// ….. /////// Code of conduct: 📓 Please arrive on time. There are no requirements or expectations of any kind. Speaking is encouraged but not compulsory. All issues are legitimate and deserve attention. Everyone is entitled to share their experience, including yourself. Speak honestly and respectfully. Try not to downplay or invalid other people's feelings, or your own. Pay attention to physical and emotional boundaries. Avoid raising your voice, interrupting or talking over anyone else. Be aware of how much you’re participating so everyone gets a chance to speak. Refrain from giving unsolicited advice; what works for you may not for others. Respect privacy during this dialogue and beyond. What is said during the Meetup is not meant to be repeated outside. Notify the facilitator if you feel distressed or upset, or if you find someone's behavior inappropriate. Feel free to step out if you need to. Chitta Walks - Awareness in Motion
Chitta Walks - Awareness in Motion
Chitta Walks is for people whose days move fast, while the mind never fully lands. Thoughts keep looping even when nothing is urgent. The body moves, but attention is elsewhere. Over time, this disconnect drains clarity and ease. This walk is a simple reset. We meet in Berlin’s Tiergarten and walk at a gentle pace. Parts of the walk are in silence, with light guidance and a few short prompts. The walk itself is the practice, bringing body and mind back into the same moment. No apps. No performance. Just a clear space to slow down and notice what is happening. If you want to slow down without withdrawing from life, join a Chitta Walk. ✨ **What to expect (approx. 90 minutes):** * A short arrival and orientation * A guided silent walk (phones off, no conversation) * One concise science-based impulse on attention or stress * Optional reflection in pairs or small groups * A simple takeaway or experiment for daily life 🚶**Who this is for:** * Professionals, creatives, and people in transition. * People who feel mentally busy and want more clarity and balance. * Those curious about mindfulness, but grounded and practical. * Anyone comfortable with silence and gentle self observation. 🔔 **Practical notes:** * Duration: 60-90 minutes * Wear comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing * No prior experience needed * Group size is limited to keep the space quiet and focused 🧭 **Facilitator:** My name is Partha Sarathi, you can call me PS. I have lived in Berlin for over 12 years. With a background in physics and materials science, my interest in mindfulness grew through personal experience with stress and health challenges. I facilitate the space and structure of the walk, inviting shared exploration rather than instruction. 🤔 **Why Chitta Walks?** Chitta is a Sanskrit word referring to the mind or field of awareness, used here in a practical, non-religious sense. Chitta Walks is about noticing how the mind works by slowing down and walking together. Mindful walking makes thought patterns visible in real time, while moving and sensing in the world. The name points to a simple capacity: noticing what is happening in the mind without immediately trying to fix, judge, or optimize it. 🌿 **Possible effects:** A calmer nervous system. Clearer attention. A felt sense of being more present in your body. Subtle insights into how your mind reacts under everyday conditions. A quieter, more grounded way of moving through the city. **Come as you are. Walk. Notice. Leave with a little more space inside.**

2026 Kickoff - Discover MBTI @ Castle Mitte
Hi everyone, join us on Sunday, January 25th, at Castle Mitte for a fun afternoon to connect and discuss MBTI personality, psychology and other interesting topics. Looking forward to seeing you there! Take a test to learn your type: https://www.16personalities.com/free-personality-test https://sakinorva.net/functions Some basic info on functions and type: https://www.verywellmind.com/the-myers-briggs-type-indicator-2795583 https://www.truity.com/blog/beginners-guide-understanding-mbti-cognitive-functions Our group aims to bring together people who are interested in self-development and self-improvement using MBTI and cognitive functions, in order to learn more about the theory and share our experiences with it. Another reason for this meetup is to meet people with whom you might potentially get along really well based on your type. This can lead to meaningful connections :)
Although the meetup is geared towards people who are interested in learning about MBTI theory and using it to improve their lives, our conversations aren’t only about that! We talk about anything and everything. So it's more like a regular social meetup with the aim of avoiding small talk :)

[face to face] Interview Simulation
Join this **Interview Simulation** session — to sharpen the skills for both interviews **and** architectural pitches. 💡 How it works The event is split into three parts: 1. **Most common behavioral & HR questions** \- you will receive a printed list of behavioral/HR questions and we brainstorm tips on how to prepare for them 2. **Interview Simulation (10 minute rounds)** – One participant acts as the interviewee and answers a round of behavioral and design-focused questions. Each other participant gets to ask him one interview question. 3. **Feedback Round** – The group provides feedback on communication, structure, and clarity. Constructive criticism is encouraged. 💡You will be asked: * **Behavioral questions** (“Tell me about yourself”, “Describe a challenge you faced...”) * **Technical questions** (based on your tech stack) * **Light design problems** (high-level reasoning, not code) No need to prepare anything in advance — just bring curiosity and an open mind. Feel free to bring your CV if you’d like feedback from others, or share a few words if you’re currently job hunting. If so, we will also brainstorm answers to more common questions that you were asked.
