We are a church community that values and promotes meditation through art. This program is FREE and open to all. We gather every Wednesday at 10AM to read a short text or poem, listen to a guided meditation related to the theme, and share our own responses. Then we spend time drawing and painting together in light of these reflections. All are welcome—no prior experience with art is necessary! We provide all the materials (you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer!).

If you feel drawn toward deeper connection—within yourself, in your relationships, or along your spiritual path. The ‘School of Sufi Teaching’ extends a warm welcome with humility, and love to all seekers of truth who feel drawn toward inner awakening and the timeless wisdom of the Sufi tradition.
Our introductory gatherings offer an opportunity to experience the gentle blessings of traditional, time‑honored meditation practices passed down through an unbroken lineage.
Some Sufis practice whirling, while others chant loud recitation (Zikr). At Sufi School we follow the classical practice of silent, contemplative meditation. Seated together as a group, we direct our hearts toward the Holy Essence, cultivating an atmosphere of stillness, inward reflection, and subtle spiritual presence.

**The event: High-Intensity Functional Training at F45**
F45 delivers 45 minutes of high-intensity functional training that pushes your limits. Every class is different - cardio blasts on Wednesdays, resistance training Tuesdays and Thursdays, hybrid workouts the rest of the week. Stations rotate, music pumps, and the group energy carries you through.
After class, grab smoothies or coffee with your crew. Post-workout conversations hit different - you're energized, endorphins flowing, and the camaraderie is real. The whole experience runs about 1.5 hours.

Serenity of the Heart: Live Music & Meditation @ Oakville Central Library
This February, we invite you to a special one-hour music and meditation experience, **Serenity of the Heart with Live Music and Meditation.**
This event is 1st in the “Experience Pure Love” series of 7 free events in the Halton region in February offered by 100 Seeds of Joy community initiative, supported by the Sahaja Yoga Meditation Network of Volunteers (Civic Award, 2025).
We invite you to a special experience featuring guest artist Ekaterina Lavrentyeva. This gentle and uplifting program weaves together live music, song, and guided meditation.
Ekaterina is a talented Canadian-Ukrainian singer and guitarist visiting from Montreal. She is an artist who has performances mostly in the Quebec area. She is also a \*\*[Heart In Action Award ](https://www.free-meditation.ca/archives/32408)\*\*recipient & a dedicated volunteer supporting refugees in her community.
Ekaterina will share songs in English, French, and Ukrainian, along with an ancient Sanskrit hymn for the heart, accompanied by guitar and melodic percussion instruments.
No prior meditation experience is needed!

It's better when we're together. Come and experience the power of the WHM with a wonderful group of people. We breathe, we go into the cold and we teach our bodies to heat up properly. We develop resilience and the mindset to use these powerful healing tools over and over again, all year round. This gathering is fully guided by Wim Hof instructor Steve Beattie.
If you are new to this, come on down, enjoy the support and practice in a safe way with us. If you already have a WHM practice this meetup is a great way to take it to the next level, and make lots of new friends.
