Association EBI (Etincelles – Briller de l’Intérieur) EBI offre un atelier ludique autour de mots ayant pour objectif le développement de nouvelles façons de voir les choses. EBI encourage aussi la pratique quotidienne de l'écriture en tant que sport pour renforcer l'intellect, la créativité et l'imagination. Tout commence avec le choix d’un mot qui vous fait du bien pour développer votre richesse intérieure et pour créer des liens. Ce mot vous servira de graine qui germera et poussera à chaque séance pour former un arbre composé de mots et de textes. En ce faisant, vous participerez à des jeux d’observation et de perception et vous serez capable de transformer l'échec en réussite et l'ordinaire en extraordinaire. Plus tard, écrire me permit de voir les choses différemment… et enfin, j’ai décidé d’écrire juste pour le plaisir. Alors, mes écrits prirent la forme d’histoires cinématographiques, de scénarios pour faire rire et réfléchir. Ce fut l’écriture au long cours et pour transformer toutes ces pages en film ce fut encore plus long, voire éternel. Détectives en herbe, venez enquêter avec nous ! Votre objectif : analyser les éléments du dossier, comprendre ce qui s'est passé et trouver le coupable. 18h30-19h00 : formation des équipes et présentation des enquêtes (comptez 2h à 2h30 d'enquête) Venez seul.e ou en groupe, peu importe. On fera les équipes sur place :) Pas besoin d'arriver pile à 18h00 pour ceux qui veulent venir en cours de soirée, mais c'est compliqué de rejoindre une enquête en cours. At this freewriting meeting, we will explore **fairy tales, legends, and fantasies** — the stories we tell ourselves and others. We will revisit childhood fairy tales and try to create new ones. **Bring your favourite stories — or simply an openness to discovering new ones.** * We will write using the freewriting technique and read our texts aloud. * All you need to participate is curiosity and a desire to write. \*The event will be held in English, while everyone writes in their native language.

This group is for anyone interested in writing in English, whether it be prose or poetry or non-fiction. We get together once a week to listen, critique and support each other in our work. Attendees bring something they have written, six copies, printed out and no longer than seven pages, which they read aloud. They then receive feedback from the rest of the group. The size of the group is limited to 6, so that everyone is able to receive a full 30 minutes of constructive feedback including reading time. If you have nothing to read but would like to come and listen, you are most welcome too. We are an anglophone group and everything is conducted in English, in fact not everyone who comes can speak French. Please bear this in mind if you sign up.

Object writing : a noun picked through a random word generator, a 10 min timer to delve into our sensory imagination and free-flow with this prompt. Then a 5 min timer each to take turn sharing.
