An Evening of Art, Light & Connection
**INNER LIGHT – Art for the Dark Season** is an exhibition that explores the idea of an inner glow that appears in moments of darkness, a subtle, intimate light emerging through color, texture, atmosphere, and emotion.
Imagined as art for the dark season, the exhibition brings together dreamy, introspective works that gently illuminate the space and invite reflection, connection, and quiet presence.
Join us for the vernissage on January 17 for an evening of art, conversation, and shared moments.

Living Tantra workshop: Consciousness - tap into an expanded state of Self
A nourishing space for self-reflection and growth. Explore the principles of Tantra through direct experience and **welcome a more liberated version of yourself.**
Living Tantra is a workshop series created for those who wish to deepen their exploration of Tantra. Inspired by ancient Tantric philosophy, each gathering takes us into a new theme through embodiment, meditation, energy practices and more.
These sessions are for anyone who’s curious about **Tantra as a path for healing, expansion and connection.** Whether you are looking for an opportunity to explore yourself in a deeper way, to connect authentically with others, to find wholesome nourishment or, to be inspired; this Living Tantra workshop series provides a regular moment of connection with yourself, with others and with the teachings of Tantra.
**Consciousness**
This time, you’ll be guided to contemplate Consciousness through embodiment practices, through which you may tap into an expanded experience of Self.
‘This consciousness exists as each being and nothing else exists’ is the Sutra that will guide us on our exploration.
**In this edition of Living Tantra, you will be invited to:**
🔸Explore your subconscious and higher consciousness
🔸Tap into a sense of shared consciousness with all beings
🔸 Contemplate through embodied practice awareness vs. consciousness and awareness of consciousness

**About the facilitator**
Hi! My name is Sophie. My passion for Tantra is rooted in a deep spiritual yearning and an inner knowing that Tantra is my path. My desire to teach Tantra has been sparked by having witnessed my own growth and healing as a result of these practices and it is inspired by a vision to create a more beautiful world.
I create a space that is loving and nurturing, with a strong emphasis on ensuring that you feel save and supported. My workshops are gentle yet transformative, spiritual yet grounded and always heart-centered. I'm passionate about bridging the wisdom of ancient Tantra with modern-day practices.

Experience Connection beyond surface level - Authentic Relating Event Berlin
### Experience Connection beyond surface level - Authentic Relating Event Berlin
🕓 **Date & Time**: Saturdays, 16:00-18:00
📍 **Location**: near Tierpark or Betriebsbahnhof Rummelsburg
🎟 **Cost**: Donation based
👤 **Participants:** 4-12
***
### **Event Description:**
**Surface-level-conversation, anonymity and the feeling of being separated.**
We live in the age of digital connection, but surveys show that **people feel more lonely than ever.**
I think what we need is a regular practice that doesn't need us to be on the same side, to feel connected. A practice where we can be ourselves and experience the healing effects of co-regulation and belonging, through true presence and vulnerability.
A practice like **Authentic Relating.**
Every Saturday (with some exceptions) I host Authentic Relating and Connection Circles in our space for people to experience this practice.
It involves:
* Listening with presence (instead of fixing or judging)
* Speaking from your truth (without over-explaining or apologizing)
* Feeling seen — and allowing that to be enough
You'll be guided through a smooth entry meditation, gentle relational games and reflection exercises which encourage you drop the armor as much as you feel safe with, slow down, and connect on a deeper level — with yourself and others.
***
### ✨ The Agreements:
* **Honor and respect yourself** \- that means stay true to what you want and need and care for yourself\. Only go as deep as you want and feel safe with\. you don’t have to open up to everyone\. You might be unified consciousness infinitely connected to everything\, but that doesn’t mean you’re not a self too\.
* **Lean into the edge** \- Don’t go all in\. But don’t cotton\-coat either\. Growth in connection happens at the edge\. And that can be a little uncomfortable sometimes\. Try to explore what fits for you\.
* **Honor and respect others as much as yourself** \- accept and respect boundaries\, practice giving a loving no and commit to connection\.
* **Check your assumptions** \- We all naturally build categories and throw our experiences into these\. Be aware of that and don't let prejudice influence the chance of connection\.
* **Confidentiality by request** \- Nothing can be taken for granted\, unless you ask for it\. You want things to stay confidential? Ask for it\.
* **Keep it slow and be present** \- You don’t need to rush and push through\. It's never to slow\, so better breathe one more time\, than one too less\. Stay with how you feel in the moment and keep it safe and slow\.
* **Stay curious** \- You’ve ever seen a child curiously exploring it’s environment? Children have this innate sense of awe and curiosity\, because they don’t have categories\. Try to tap into the "not\-knowing" curiosity and watch your relational practice transform\.
***
**Disclaimer:**
* **This is no place to perform**. You don't need to be someone to deserve connection.
* **This is not a place for dating or making friends**. The connection, intimacy and trust you'll experience, might seem more real than everything you know and you are invited to connect afterwards. But this space is for the experience of deep connection. So no hard feelings if someone just wants that.
* **This isn't therapy and it doesn't substitute it either**. If you have serious mental health issues you are welcome, and this experienc might also be helpful and feel healing, but it can't substitute the safe and professional environment of therapy. Although the host is trained in holding spaces and dealing with difficult states and stories, the participants aren't. Just keep that in mind.

### ✨ About the host
I'm Morten, coach, facilitator and founder of **The Circle,** a private community for self-employed conscious creators, coaches and therapists growing through vulnerability and connection and building their soul business.

Mindful walking – achtsame Gehmeditation im Grunewald
::: please scroll down for English :::
::: English version:::
We go for a mindful walking meditation in Grunewald and take a moment for ourselves. We explore the here and now in nature, becoming aware of our emotions, our bodies and our thoughts. We turn inwards and discover the power of the present moment. We practice being enough for ourselves and perhaps find our inner strength to go out into the world with more choice, freedom and peace!
No previous experience is necessary. It is recommended that you bring something to drink before the meeting and a small bottle of water if needed. Please wear warm, comfortable clothing and sturdy footwear.
The intention is to walk in all weathers and the event will only be cancelled in extreme circumstances.
This is a fundraising event.
Chitta Walks - Awareness in Motion
Chitta Walks is for people whose days move fast, while the mind never fully lands.
Even when nothing is urgent, thoughts keep looping. Sometimes you are moving, but mentally elsewhere. Other times the mind runs ahead, while the body feels heavy and stuck. Over time, that mismatch drains clarity, ease, and presence.
This walk is a simple reset.
We meet in Berlin’s Tiergarten and walk at a gentle pace. Parts of the walk are in silence, with light guidance and a few short prompts. The walk itself is the practice, reconnecting body and mind in the same moment.
No apps. No performance. No techniques to master. Just a clear container to slow down and notice what is actually happening.
If you want to slow down without withdrawing from life, join us for a Chitta Walk.
**What to expect (approx. 90 minutes):**
* A short arrival and orientation
* A guided silent walk (phones off, no conversation)
* One concise science-based impulse on attention or stress
* Optional reflection in pairs or small groups
* A simple takeaway or experiment for daily life
**Who this is for:**
* Professionals, creatives, and people in transition.
* People who feel mentally busy and want more clarity and balance.
* Those curious about mindfulness, but grounded and practical.
* Anyone comfortable with silence and gentle self observation.
**Practical notes:**
* Duration: 60-90 minutes
* Wear comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing
* No prior experience needed
* Group size is limited to keep the space quiet and focused
**Facilitator:**
My name is Partha Sarathi, you can call me PS. I have lived in Berlin for over 12 years. With a background in physics and materials science, my interest in mindfulness grew through personal experience with stress and health challenges. I facilitate the space and structure of the walk, inviting shared exploration rather than instruction.
**Why Chitta Walks?**
Chitta is a Sanskrit word that refers to the mind or field of awareness. Here it is used in a practical, non-religious sense.
Chitta Walks is about noticing how the mind works by slowing down and walking together. Mindful walking makes thought patterns visible in real time, while moving and sensing in the world. The name points to a simple skill: noticing what is happening in the mind without immediately trying to fix, judge, or optimize it.
Chitta Walks is about understanding how the mind works by slowing down and walking together. Mindful walking makes this visible in real time, while moving, sensing, and being in the world, not withdrawn from it.
The name points to a simple capacity: noticing what is happening in the mind without immediately trying to fix, judge, or optimize it.
**Possible effects:**
A calmer nervous system.
Clearer attention.
A felt sense of being more present in your body.
Subtle insights into how your mind reacts under everyday conditions.
A quieter, more grounded way of moving through the city.
**Come as you are. Walk. Notice. Leave with a little more space inside.**

Evening of Meditation - Openness to learning
We are inviting you to our next Evening of Meditation on **Sunday, the 18th of January**. These gatherings are not just about meditating on your own, but a step inward that we take together regarding a particular topic.
As children, we are all more curious and open to learn about everything. Over time, however, something changes. We tend to enter a state where learning becomes difficult, and resistance arises that prevents us from welcoming new insights and experiences into our lives. Let’s explore together how we can rediscover **Openness to learning** to create a richer experience of life.
📍Where: [Yoga Sky](https://maps.app.goo.gl/kBxUvZrqo5yzRNe88?g_st=ipc), Am Tempelhofer Berg 7d, 10965 Berlin
Follow the Yoga Sky signs in the yard, and take the elevator to the top floor.
🗓 When: Sunday, 18th of January, 19:00 - 20:30
Please arrive 5-10 min earlier to settle down.

With extensive frontage along the Potomac River, its rich bottomland forests, extensive wetlands and grassy areas combine to make it Loudoun’s top birding hotspot. Bring binoculars if you have them. We’ll meet at the boat ramp next to the parking lot.
